At our June 16th, 2010 meeting, CCLN elected its 2010-2011 executive as follows:

CCLN Executive Roles and Responsibilities
| Position | Description/Duties |
| Chair | Provides overall direction and strategic management; serves as primary spokesperson for the organization; serves as the liaison to the Advisory Committee |
| Vice-Chair | Serves as the focal point between chapters; provides guidance to special projects; serves as acting Chair in the event of incapacity of the Chair |
| Advocacy & Outreach Officer | Coordinates advocacy campaigns and liaises with the broader community, including organizations like the Canadian Bar Association |
| Treasurer & Fund Development Officer | Manages finances; retains and develops the organization’s funding base |
| Education Officer | Coordinates the regular speaker series and at least one additional educational event per year |
| Secretary & Communication Officer | Coordinates the keeping of meeting minutes; coordinates communications among members; coordinates the maintenance of the website. |
